Three years have passed since the ghost incident at school, as they still suffer from childhood trauma.
They forever will.
The three boys have moved to Los Angeles and currently live there. Nobody knows the three of them were involved in the incident. Continuing from the previous story, the three boys decided to accept the invitation to the mansion. However, they will be accompanied by 17 other people.
Who would they be?
Let's find out.
Introduction-The characters
After 30 minutes of walking, the three boys arrived at the mansion, which was close to their house. They arrived 2 hours early, awaiting the other guests to come.
"Welcome, Welcome, to my dearest mansion! Please wait at the front desk, awaiting the arrival of others!” Seb screamed. He sounded like he was up to no good.
“Uhh,” Max said in an uncomfortable voice, “Thanks?”
They knew something was wrong, and Seb’s voice gave it away.
Three girls, Samantha, Anis, and Ellie came in together. They seemed extremely shocked by how big the mansion was.
There came Vashya and Hendrik, two best friends since 3 years old.
There came Ami, the only solo arrival.
There came Dylan and Vince, two of Hugo’s friends. Hugo was extremely pleased to meet both of them. He ran up and hugged the two.
Ryan and Cillian, the two Irishmen with an accent, came in. Seb could not understand a word they said.
May and Alice are here!
Let’s just say, Hugo has a crush on May, and Max has a crush on Alice. They used to go to their school together,
My heart is dissolving. The two of them thought.
Louis, Nicholas, and Anton came in. They also went to Hugo’s old school, (the one that got burnt down) but they never really talked. Only to Erol but occasionally.
Finally, Ethan and James came in. They were one year higher than everyone else.
Everyone has officially arrived.
Chapter 1
Everyone dropped their bags in the room and headed off to have dinner.
They’ve sat there for 20 minutes, nothing has arrived.
“Where is the food?!” yelled Vashya. He was very impatient.
Instead of providing food, he started talking. Talking shambles
“Today, I’ve decided to invite all of you to dinner, to talk about an important issue: America and North Korea. Right now, I think we should all gang up and assassinate the president, Arnold Jim, together. He cheated the elections and is trying to screw up the USA. Trust my process, it’s all facts.”
Everyone was in shock. Assassination, at the age of 13? Oh god, this 20-year-old man is mental.
"You want to assassinate? Don't get us involved!" Max screamed. "To start, Arnold Jim didn't even cheat in the elections!" Max was filled with frustration and anger. He admired Arnold Jim.
“No no no, Arnold Jim truly sucks," Seb told everyone. "Okay, I’ll get the food here now. It's on the third floor.”
Seb ran out of the door and shut the doors tight. RIght when he left, everyone started discussing plans.
“You see here, this is suspicious, why are we invited to an assassination plan?” Hugo pondered.
“I was invited for a meal with luxury fast food!” Max screamed in frustration. Everyone chimed in agreement.
Ami’s heart mysteriously started to bleed. Blood flowed out of her shirt.
In no time, her head was on the table.
Dead.
“Um, that means one thing,” Hendrik screamed. "Run for your lives!
In fear and shock, everyone bashed the doors open and ran out of the mansion. The rain was pouring down, and the thunder alarm was on, but no one could give two damns.
They ran towards the city of Los Angeles.
100M away, they could see a bridge.
"Limelight! Limelight!" Hedrik yelled.
Right before Hendrik stepped on the bridge, thunderstruck it, destroying the bridge. Everyone was trapped.
“Mates, we're screwed!”
“WHAT THE F-” Vince screamed. It was all useless.
Everyone came to a halt and realized that they were screwed over. They headed back to the mansion, into the living room, and started a discussion.
Chapter 2
“Ami is dead! We can't stay here any longer! We have to escape! There is a killer here!” James told everyone in a panicked voice.
Hugo came up with a pretty smart plan. He shouted out “Bring our your mobile phones! Call the police now!"
“Umm, why is there no data?” Ryan asked naively.
“Everyone,” Hendrik ordered aggressively. He sounded like a military leader. “Stay in this room and keep an eye out for Seb, who's coming. He's a true killer!"
Everyone agreed, he was a true killer.
Just as everyone was discussing ideas, Seb came into the room.
“Hey guys, watcha doing-”
Hendrik rushed forward onto him. “You killed Ami!”
“Killed who? I ain't killed no one!”
“Sure, sure!” Dylan screamed at him.
“Whatchu on about. I’m innocent!”
“Not enough, you're coming with us to the police station!” Dylan tried to land a punch on him, but he dodged it. He ran into the dining room, but it was not good enough.
Hendrik ordered, "One half, go from the right! The others, from the other side!"
Soon enough, Seb was captured.
Chapter 3
“Seb, dear Seb, this is your-”
May couldn't finish her words, as the lights mysteriously flicked on and off.
“HELP,” Everyone screamed in agony “TURN IT BACK ON.”
Ching.
That was the sound of someone getting stabbed.
Well, at least according to Erol.
Everyone else was still screaming for help.
Ten seconds later, the lights turned on. It was found that Seb had been stabbed with a knife.
Vince, the biology expert, went to check on him. “I think he’s dead.”
“Wow,” Cillian said sarcastically, “We didn’t know that.”
Just as everyone was about to celebrate Seb getting stabbed, Alice was observing a hole, right opposite of where Ami was shot.
“UHH,” She screamed in vain, “DETECTIVE? COME HERE.”
“What is it, Alice?” Louis asked.
As scared as she was, she showed everyone her discovery.
“A freaking gun?! Since when!?” Louis screamed. He went closer in to observe, and there was a timer on the gun.
Right on the floor, Max saw a broken plate on the ground. He lifted it and connected the broken pieces back together. As he connected them, there was a hole in the middle of the plate. He reported his findings to everyone.
Max concluded that “The gun was hidden, and it was set to kill Seb. Unfortunately for the killer, Ami took over the seat, and it killed her instead. The killer is not Seb. Instead, he tried to kill Seb. So, folks, that means the killer is one of us.”
Samantha fainted.
Chapter 4
“REMAIN CALM, ENTER THE LIVING ROOM WITH ME, RIGHT NOW. LEAVE SAMANTHA THERE, WELL DEAL WITH HER LATER!” Hendrik yelled at everyone.
The group rushed into the living room. Detective Louis instantly started to speak up.
“The killer must have despised Seb for a reason, who here hated him? Ryan, I remember you complaining about his personality.”
Ryan started his story. “Ok fine, I knew him before this, he may have assassinated my dad-”
He didn’t finish the story before everyone yelled “RYAN!”
“LET ME FINISH MY STORY, HOW ABOUT YOU, ELLIE? DIDN’T HE GIVE YOUR FATHER THE WRONG MEDICINE, CAUSING HIS DEATH?”
Ellie spoke up. “I hate him with a passion for eternity because of that, but how about ANTON? HE BOMBED YOUR COUNTRY (Kuwait) AND KILLED HALF THE POPULATION!”
“SHUT UP, I STILL MISS MY DEAREST COUNTRY. BUT THAT DOESN'T INDICATE ANYTHING. HOW ABOUT-”
Cillian knew he was going to be called up “YEAH YEAH, SHUT UP!”
Vashya, who was irritated by the voices, chimed in. “OH MY GOD, SHUT UP.”
“SHUT UP”
“YOU SHUT THE HELL UP”
The whole living room went dark, everyone started arguing about false accusations. Finally, James lost it with Louis and pushed him back onto the wall.
As Louis' head knocked against a thick book, the bookshelf split into half and opened a secret door, leading to the basement. The whole room went silent.
A shocked Hugo said what everyone was thinking out loud. “What is this?”
Chapter 5
Detective Louis and Hendrik entered the basement at first sight. It led to a dodgy room, with paper all over the floor. However, there was a giant poster on the wall.
The poster said:
“Is his name Nicholas? That man from Kuwait? I think it is. He is currently planning an attack on me, and I don’t know why! Oh dear god, it’s a risky move but I invited him to my mansion to spy on him. I might die on this attempt, who knows. He’s going to try and kill me.”
Someones in hot water, really hot water. Just as all of that was happening, Louis found a note on the ground. It said:
“In Nicholas’s letter to me, he said he had a gun with a timer on it.”
Everyone instantly stared at Nicholas.
“EVERYONE. CAPTURE HIM!” Hendrik yelled.
Nicholas knew he was definitely in danger. To make his escape, he screamed “SEE YA LATER BUDS!” .
He switched off the lights, and made his escape.
Everyone screamed in agony until Louis found the light switch.
When the lights turned back on, Anton was gone.
Hendrik gave his next order. “EVERYONE SPLIT INTO PAIRS, GO AROUND THE BUILDING AND SEARCH FOR NICHOLAS.”
Everyone split into pairs and instantly went around the building searching for clues.
Chapter 6 (Section 1)
Erol went together with Anton.
“Sup man, how’s life going?” Erol said, trying vainly to keep everything cool.
Anton was not in the mood for talking, he was in the mood of searching instead. “We have better things to deal with right now.”
The pair walked into a room, and it was empty. However, there was a door on the other side.
Erol, still suffering from paranoia of what happened inside the room, hesitated to enter.
“I don't want to enter…”
Anton didn’t have time for this nonsense. He got irritated by Erol’s cowardly act and shoved him to the other side. He fell over and hit a pressure plate. As he fell on the pressure plate, the door behind him shut close.
“Ahh shit...here we go again.” Erol sighed.
The other side of the door wasn’t bad, it was just a pathway to the other side of the mansion. He did not know what’s gonna happen to Anton now.
Chapter 5 (Section 2)
Max and Hugo walked down the hallway, both fearful that something bad was to happen.
“Uhhhhh, I have such a bad feeling about this” Hugo said, fearfully.
Max, who was also in fear, tried to cheer the both of them up "Let's sing! You watch me bleed until I can't breathe, I’m shaking falling onto my knees, and now that ill be without -”
Hugo did not like the song. “Stop, it’s making this worse.”
Max refused to, and continued, “you watch me bleed-”
Suddenly, a blood-curdling scream was let out.
Hugo was so confused. “Max, was that..you?”
“No...I think it's toward the left. Run there.”
The pair ran towards the sound. Left, right, left. Oh my god.
“AHHH, HISTORY IS REPEATING ITSELF!” Hugo and Max screamed.
Nicholas had been stabbed in the back. The whole group ran towards the screaming sound and found the body.
Detective Louis came into the scene and made a discovery. “This is the same knife that killed Seb. Same fingerprints, too.”
Max, made another conclusion. “The killer is not our suspect, Nicholas. It’s another one. If the killer is not been found before morning, we will all be dead.”
Chapter 7 (Section 1)
Hendrik screamed, “STAY TOGETHER, COME TO THE DINING ROOM WITH ME RIGHT NOW!”
Cuddled up to each other, the group walked slowly into the dining room, where they would start their discussion.
Meanwhile, Ellie has had enough. “You know what? I’m going to the balcony to call the police! See you later.” She walked off to the balcony.
May was thankful for that. “Thanks so much queen, I would die for you.”
Max came up with an idea. “Could it have been Ellie, she could have gone off to do something related to murder.”
“You're right,” Cillian added.
Ryan also added, “You’re right-”
Alice came in the clutch again. “GUYS! COME OVER HERE!”
Hendrik and Louis rushed to the location she screamed at.
Samantha's body was there, stabbed.
Anis, her best friend, was in massive shock. “KILLER, REVEAL YOURSELF NOW!”
Dylan was irritated with the shouting. “SHUT UP AND CALM DOWN.”
Ethan added a piece of his mind. “HOW ABOUT YOU? CHILL!”
Everyone went into an argument and fought for around 2 minutes straight until a certain event happened.
Chapter 7 (Section 2) (What happened with Ellie)
She ran out to the balcony, and finally, she got a phone data connection. It was raining, but it still worked!
“Let's go! Finally, connect- Uh oh.”
Someone was walking up to her, with a knife pointing towards her, she was doomed.
“Oh my god, who are you? The killer was you? No...it can’t be? YOU? Please spare me… please…”
Chapter 8
A frightening scream came directly from the balcony. 5 seconds later, there was a thud sound. It sounded like the sound of someone falling from a high area. The arguments instantly stopped, and the focus switched to the noise.
Hendrik ordered, once again: “HEAD OUT TO BELOW THE BALCONY, NOW!” The group ran out, bashed the door open. After around 3 minutes of searching the outside of the mansion, they found the dead body.
Detective Louis came into the scene. “She did not die from fall damage, she had been stabbed, then got pushed down from the balcony. That only means one thing, everyone, stick around each other, don’t move at all.”
Hendrik, with his orders again, demanded that everyone was to “HUDDLE UP, SCAN THE BUILDING FOR CLUES RIGHT NOW!”
Everyone agreed and huddled up.
The killer had a smirk on his face.
Everyone looked around the 1st floor. After they were done, they instantly went to check on the second floor. Meanwhile, Vashya’s room was left open.
“I’m sorry Vashya, but we have to inspect your room.”
The group entered the room and split up to search. Alice, who was tempted to find a new hint, may have just found it. “Guys, look under the bed..” She said.
“WHAT IS IT? SHOW US NOW!” Louis yelled.
Louis and Hendrik ducked down, and looked under the bed. “Folks, we found the same knife that was used to kill Nicholas and Seb.”
“Vashya...YOU'RE COMING TO JAIL WITH ME!” Hendrik yelled at him.
Vashya knew he was definitely in trouble. He made a run for it. Everyone noticed he'd escaped and ran after him.
He ran until he reached the dining room. He’s trapped himself!
Hendrik ordered again: “HALF OF YOU GO FROM THE LEFT, AND THE OTHER HALF FROM THE RIGHT.”
Soon enough, Vashya was surrounded by everyone. He was trapped. His pockets got checked through multiple times. Even though he had nothing, they locked him in the dining room the next day and everyone spent the night guarding him.
Finale
At 7 am, everyone was packing up to leave this horror mansion. Anis decided to pay a visit to Anton.
“Hey Anton, I’m sorry for your loss.”
Anton gave him a weird smirk.
“Uhh, what’s that supposed to mean?”
“Let me show you my little masterpiece” Anton slowly pulled out Ellie’s phone, and flexed it to Anis. “Does this solve the mystery of the true killer?”
Anton was the true killer after all!
Anis was in shock. “But, but.. why would you do this?”
“Listen here, he bombed my country, IM NOT LETTING HIM GET AWAY WITH THAT!”
In fear, Anis asked, “But...what about the others...why did you kill them?”
Anton immediately started his story
“You see here, remember that gun I planted with a timer. Seb was meant to sit there. However, unfortunately for Ami, she sat there, and when the timer went off, she was the victim. Therefore she took the bullet. I was frustrated and tried to come up with another plan. Remember when we met Seb in the dining room? Yes, it was me who turned off the lights, I had to improvise. Do you see my glasses? These are night vision glasses. I took my chances and stabbed Seb in the back. Oh dear god, when we entered the basement, he mistook my name for that little Nicholas kid. Why? When I threatened him on Instagram, I sent him Nicholas ID and edited his country out to make it Kuwait. Don’t forget, Nicholas and I WERE best friends. Forgot to add on, that smartypants Louis kid is a detective, he could’ve taken the fingerprints and sent them to the police force. That's why when I got separated from Erol, I instantly took my chance and ran to the dining room, and picked up my knife. However, Samantha woke up right when all of that happened. I did not want any witnesses, so I took her out. I ran up to the second floor, trying to find Erol. While trying to find him, I went past Vashya’s room and realized he had forgotten to close the door. I took my chance and hid the knife under the bed, so he would be a confirmed suspect. Unfortunately, Nicholas was also sprinting past the door trying to escape the crowd and saw my actions. I did not want any witness and took him out too. Okay, now we fast forward to when Ellie went out to call the police. I did not want to risk myself getting caught, so when everyone was arguing, I snuck out of the room and went towards Ellie at the balcony. She was so shocked to see me, but I took her out with ease. And, that's the full story!”
“How could you do this… You know what?” She yelled out to the others. “EVERYONE COME TO ME RIGHT NOW!”
Anton thought over the situation. “freaking snitch, you know what? Goodbye.”
A fuming Anton took out his second knife and stabbed Anis right in the heart. Cackling could be heard throughout the vicinity, By the time everyone arrived, it was too late. It took her 7 seconds to bleed to death.
“Anton, NO DODGING THAT, ITS YOU,” Louis and Hendrik yelled at the same time.
Anton will not go down without a fight, as he always has a plan B. Did no one catch him planting a C4 all over the house at 4 am?
“Hendrik, Louis, both of you were superb throughout the mystery, but I think all of you can go down NOW.”
He took his remote out of his pocket and blasted the whole building into pieces.
Everyones dead.
Aftermath
“Ouch...Where am I? I feel like I’m floating” Hugo said in a really confused voice. “Everyones here...Max...Erol...Where are we?”
He looked right in front of him, it seemed like he was in a control room. Hold up, is it…
In total shock, Hugo asked “Grace? Kazu? Sing? What are you doing here?”
