Creativity and imagination hold the key to expressing emotions and ideas. Art is the communication of many interpretations. Artwork--sculptures, paintings, architecture, music, and words--hold the power to alter mood, increase energy, strengthen motivation, and remove stress. In your life, artwork influences you to a great degree.


HOW DO COLORS INFLUENCE EMOTIONS?

When you paint to create art, the colors applied can change how you feel; the same could be said about color in your daily life. Whether it be excitement, serenity, or confidence, the colors that surround you day-to-day can impact how you feel. It may be the colors of your walls or the color of your clothes, but it always remains true that art pigmentation does trigger your mood!



HOW DOES ART INFLUENCE ENERGY, RELAXATION, AND MOTIVATION?

When you listen to music on the radio, or perhaps Spotify, your nervous system is stimulated in different ways. When listening to slow music, your heart rate slows and you begin to relax. However, when listening to fast music, your heart rate and, in turn, energy increase. Similarly, the art of words can be expressed in quotes that can be hung in your living room! And, yes, the power of motivational language is scientifically proven.


SO, HOW CAN ART BE USED IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LIVES?

In your life, it is evident that the art of colors, music, and words will influence you to a great degree! Whether it be psychology or nervous system reactions, art is a part of your life and it is all up to you how to use it.
