About the piece from the artist: "The inspiration for my work came from the fact that I love drawing waves and love the color blue, but wanted to make it night time, so I drew purple because that color reminds me of night."

Edie is a high schooler who is a passionate disability advocate who likes helping others in her community. She also loves supporting artists as well as doing art herself. She also runs her own organization called We Are Artistic.
