Fostering Creativity in the Workplace - Clarissa Rubiyanto




Each person would collect information and criticize; and may condone differently or share thoughts with others. You would not have figured out how they think without communication. The idea-branching is introduced by outputting scattered information. Words jump here and there, though gather additional motives.


Make use of the environment. To think straight, you must ensure your thoughts can actually be processed. If you’re feeling stiff during work on the traditional chair and desk setting, get up and walk! Observe whatever is around you and take advantage of what can serve as a source. Small spaces can influence human behavior when looking too vague. Color schemes, lighting, and even sound — little do many realize that these components bring a great impact in shifting perspective in your own head.


The mass of reality hit a spot in the head, whilst also setting high expectations and great optimism you must expect certain drawbacks. The key point is to be critical of your surroundings. Expect yourself and your team to make mistakes. Undergoing development grants newer solutions to the problems faced.


The success you wish for may be granted! Just as long as you checklist the values of the creation. Aim for what and who it’s for. How it changes people’s lives. Always remember the act of what is right.
